for those who don't know, Article 136 is the "Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War (Article 136)" So someone who is afraid? to post their name posts the Article number. Probably someone who is mistaken in thinking the Iraqis mistreated were POWs. Read article 4 for a definition of POWs. I personally think the alleged acts are reprehensable (sp?) and a reflection on the present and past brave men and women who are in the service in adverse conditions. This Guest Book isn't a place to debate what we know little about.
