Maxine gave report on Class bank balance.

58th Reunion: this year, Date: October 31, and Novermber 1, 6:30 both nights.

Format: Same as in 2005, Friday night socializing, Saturday night banquet.

Guests on Friday: Class of '49 and Class of '51 and Leland Newton.

Location: Elks Lodge in small dining room near front for both nights. Fee to be $30/single or $50/Couple.

Address Book:  Bill Mckeel will revise the data base (Excel) for the Address Book, and will publish the book.  Bill will e-mail copies of data base to Clyde Kidd and Clyde Rigsby.

Address:  We are still missing addresses for Christine Brandon Fitz, Robert McCollum, Bebecca Menasco Cantrell, Oral Gene Pittman, Mildred Robinson Hawkins, Dorothy Shideler Griffith, Jim Whittle and Bill Winfield.  

Nametags:  Clyde Kidd will make nametags for all classmates, spouses and guests of our class and will include picture from Annual.  Blank tags with space for name will be provided to members of other classes on Friday night.

Web Site:  Bill McKeel with help from family will maintain and update site.

Trinkets:  Baseball cap only this year, Clyde Rigsby to furnish.

Memorial Fund:  The $50 donation to the Scholarship Fund which is made in memory of deceased classmates will be discontinued after this reunion.  The remaining balance will be donated to the Scholarship Fund as a lump sum from all Classmates.

Newsletter Details:  Letter to Classmates and Invitations with information about our 58th Reunion will be sent in September.  Committee agreed on details to be included in letter, and process for mailing the letter.  Letter to be mailed by September 10th and RSVP requested by October 10th.
